What KADIA Does

KADIA was established in 2006 and since that time has worked nationally and internationally with a number of clients.  We now work across four main areas:

  • Leadership and life Coaching
  • Trainer Development
  • Leadership Development
  • Organisational Development

Examples of work KADIA has undertaken:

  • Support for people across a variety of levels by coaching and mentoring during times of change.
  • Delivery of a range of leadership programmes across a variety of levels, from new leader to strategic manager. Delivery has been to organisations in the UK, in Abu Dhabi and in Trinidad & Tobago.
  • Delivery of "Train the Trainer" programmes to clients in the UK, in Abu Dhabi,Qatar and Oman.
  • Delivery of programmes with regard to evaluation skills in the UK and on a European Union programme in Turkey.
  • Delivery of various communication skills programmes in UK and in Qatar.
  • Evaluated existing approaches and scoped opportunities for a revised training approach within Qatar Police. Recommendations focused on embracing contemporary learning methods to help drive forward their 2030 vision. Since the initial report, further work has involved training trainers and focusing on staff development.
  • Leading a small team that were scoping opportunities for change in respect of the training of police recruits in Abu Dhabi followed by the development of an implementation plan. Since that time further work has been undertaken in Abu Dhabi.
  • As part of a European Union Programme, worked with senior staff in Albania State Police to support the development of an effective training strategy and an approach to training management.
